Customer Service is what the City of Knoxville 311 Center for Service Innovation is all about. City residents can dial 311, an easy-to-use direct line to Knoxville government designed to help ensure that services are being delivered efficiently, to access information about services provided to the City.
Dial 211
United Way of Greater Knoxville, in collaboration with The City of Knoxville and CAC, have launched a community services help line. When you call, you’ll get a real person who is trained to help you sort out your needs. They’ll give you phone numbers and addresses of the closest places where you can get help.
